There are 20 butlers working with Zero Real Estates to cater to guests needs in their natural habitat room. Since there are no walls, they can be positioned anywhere in nature so that guests can enjoy the view of mountains, lake or any other landscape. That means the butler needs to adapt to the environment he/she is working on. Sometimes, they find themselves having to climb 400 steps just to walk from the kitchen to the guests’ room or cross a field, carrying a tray with coffee or tea.
These hotels are located in seven locations throughout Switzerland. The scenery varies from vineyards to scenic mountains. What the guests pay for is a platform, a bed, two side tables, and two lamps, plus the service of a private butler, who provides them with the meals and informs them on what to do and see nearby while catering to all their other needs.
