Wedding Laws
Any couple who wishes to wed in Florida will need to get a Florida marriage license prior to the day of the wedding. In order to obtain this, you will both need photo identification and be at least 18 years of age. You don’t have to be a state resident and there is no wait time. There are also no witnesses required in the state of Florida.
